Lifting Your Mood and Improving Your Drive

I have found a great blog called How to Have Great Self Confidence and wanted to share what is happening over there at the moment. Do not be fooled into thinking this blog is just about self confidence as the title might suggest - there is so much insightful reading that I found there.
For example, take a look at this post titled How to find Happiness. This post brings up some remarkable points that I think almost all of us could learn from.
The more you try to define or pin down happiness, the further away you get from actually having it.
I also found the direct and simple manner in which How to Solve a Problem was written to be a helpful reminder of the benefits clear thinking can have. How to breathe confidently exercises is a post that looks at how our breathing changes in times of feeling anxious or stressed out. Did you know that you can give conscious attention to your breathing to control anxious situations better?

How to expressing feelings is another great down-to-earth post that I think is much needed in our modern world where so much is avoided and not talked about. The final post I want to point to is Do you have Passion or Desire? which has been one of the articles I have enjoyed most on the site. It captures in a nutshell the direct and insightful style of writing the author has adopted - which makes this site a great addition to the bookmarks.
